Was just watching some YouTube amps amps amps....and noticed that Alan Phillips accent was not what I expected. Anyhow, a wee stalk on Google revealed that he used to work at Sellafield which is pretty close to me, I have various friends that work there etc....

This is really not worth reading but it certainly did make me laugh out loud.  Aren't Carol Ann based in the states?

His work moved to the US and he relocated. He married a lady called Carol Ann. He is a Lancashire man.

Hes a nice bloke ...he sent me message on the gearpage when I said I was from whitehaven ...he used to play around the local clubs and named them all...I might have even seen him playing ...I got a shock cos thought he was american ...hes actually from ulverston..
