ALthough I'm not too fond of the guitar pick insert on the headstock. It should be flush but sticks out. It could get caught on something. Just looks odd.

I take your point but try coming up with a headstock design that isn't the usual and is distinctive, appealing. Really difficult ,

It would look cool if it were flush .. it just looks like its stuck on.
