I found a recipe for raspberry jam wine in one of my books.

I just opened a bottle, and I'm not saying it's rather strong, but it's rather strong and I'm avoiding naked flames.

But it does taste rather nice.

never made rasp wine before, should give it a go some time. made plum wine earlier in the year, it was falloveringly good. Currently drinking elderberry, very good wine, the best red country wine I reckon.
