Seriously, though, I'm really glad it went to a top FB bloke.  It brings to a happy conclusion a rather sad story.  It was bought by a chap who was having a few mental health issues and whose family was increasingly worried about his erratic behaviour.  As far as I'm aware the guitar was sold to @Axisus by a local (to me) guitar dealer on commission for this feller (and his family).  So the Axisus has gained a truly special guitar and the family received a fair price.  I'm pleased, except for the fact that I can no longer amble down the end of the road and demand to ogle it. 

Result all round, say I.
