Extended hoilday over

6/7 weeks with no rehearsals, little bit last month in the studio but it's not the same as a full jam. I'd finished work was tired and couldn't be arsed going TBH.....anyway got together with the guys and blasted out our tunes.

Feels good to turn the volume up and blow the cobwebs away.

    At least you got to play. No rehearsals for ages (others work commitments and holidays) then 5 weeks of me on sick, with strict instructions from El Doctor not to rehearse/gig until they've done 'tests and stuff'.

    They're gigging Oct 3rd. I'm going along to take photos.....

    It's shite isn't it? Gig will be frustrating-I've been away on holiday for a week so probably rusty again...gigging 31st so need to pull out fingers out

    Indeed it is! Gigs lined up however, so a bit of a catch up with new stuff and flying! Looking forward to using my TSL combo too now it's fixed as I can run it direct through PA rather than miking the Egnator.

    Just back @lloyd. Good night, but fck me, a right old hole in their sound without my Jnr or Esquire. Pete's tuning was all over (lazy, forgot to change his strings), Dave broke a bass string first track (pissed meself laughing, tho in fairness never a more rapid string up) and the singer was half cut. Tsk. I go away for 5 weeks and it goes tits up. Order will be restored. Kids!
