Guitar repair challenge

always a good one, the customer drops off a guitar that isn't working - plug it in and it works without fault.

now I've got to try and find out why it stopped working, while it steadfastly refuses to play up.

Yeah, I thought my bc rich was screwed but it just didn't like neutrik silent jacks.
