A question for the Pickup Gurus.

I've a Bass VI - well a USACG Baritone VI at present it's got the Jess Loureirro Pickups I had in one of my Strats for a while... but I am wondering about the Jaguar Pickups placed in the version 2 Bass VIs.

Will they fit in the same space or do I need to route to fit them?

Don't want to derail the thread (or get your hopes up because I have no idea about your question ) ), but how are the JL pickups?

I liked the sound from them, not bad at all. The middle coil isn't working atm and I sent the neck pickup to one of the Forum pickup wizards because I dropped it. The feedback I got was that it was wired a bit funny that'd make it a bit more fragile to handle.

But overall the pickups sound okay. I can't really hear a difference between the rewind and what it was before.
