EHX Pitch Fork Question?

OK, so my understanding of music theory is zilch, hence this question. Is the new EHX Pitch Fork able to "drop" the tuning of a guitar by one semi-tone, ie. from E to Eb?

If so, which setting is it? Would it be the Minor 2nd?

I know the Digitech Drop can do it (because it can pitch change by one semitone) but the Pitch Fork looks capable of so much more. If it can do the "drop a semi-tone" thing, I'm all over it.
