This guy does pretty good, honest demos and there is one with him using a Tele and a L.P with the same set up.

I don't own one(although I was tempted) but they are pretty "High End" stuff so I would expect the build quality and reliability to be worth the dosh.

The also do the smaller single channel versions of them as well.

The rest depends on what YOU need it for, what amp you have, drive channel etc? Tube?S.S?

I still think they sound great though.

Carl Martin stuff is usually pretty well made. 

Haven't played an AC so can't tell you what it sounds like.

Thanks fellas... yeh, everything I hear about CM stuff is quality so have gone for one.

Early Xmas pressie methinks.... (plus 3/4 others haha)
