    Ditto?
    Boss rc30
Akai Headrush seems popular for that kinda stuff

  • The Ditto x2 is much more idiot proof than the regular single button Ditto (I've got both).

The basic ditto is gret in my experience, but I bought it just before that cheaper Boss model came out.

    I'd probably get that now.

  • the ditto and the ditto x 2 are the best in my opinion.

If you want something more complex / with midi then get a pigtronix infinity or a boomerang. (im not just saying that because i'm selling an infinity either, they are great if you need complex looping in a box)

  • I've just bought an rc20 and it's great. Guess it depends if you want a mic input for looping too?

  • A used RC-20 is a great shout. I used one for a few years in an acoustic duo (I did upgrade to the RC-20xl as well).

I'd certainly recommend one of those or the Ditto x2 over the single button ones as using a looper live you need to be clean at your stopping points, the double tap needed to halt a single pedal can be a pain live.
