Here's an old suppliers label from a Birmingham music store. Any idea who it was?

Don't know if it ends  deys  or  leys    So something like Bradeys or Bradleys?

Does the 236 in the phone number give a clue?  A quick Google search says Birmingham City Centre, Hockley area.

Anyone here in Brum in the 70s?

I think that was the shop that eventually became Musical Exchanges (originally on Broad Street until it moved St Chads (right on the edge of Hockley) It used to be a general music shop, my recorder when I was about 6 came from there.

There were at least three large guitar shops on Hurst Street (a short walk from the town centre, now the China District).  I used to press my prepubescent greasy face against the shop-front window, admiring a wall of cherry red SG's I had no chance of owning....

This is the only list of 70's dealers I can find.  Looks like the last one on the list is the winner!!
