"Myself"

This is something that has been bothering me recently, lots of people say "myself" when they mean "I" or "me".

Found this helpful rule:

So if you say "Grandma and myself went to the sex party," remove Grandma from that sentence (you'd probably want to remove her from that situation too) and you have "Myself went to the sex party." Which sounds silly, it should be "I went to the sex party."

Also, if you say "It's just Grandma and myself eating sausages," take Grandma away and you have "It's just myself eating sausages", when you should be using "me".

I hope this doesn't seem too condescending, but thanks for the facepalms anyhow.
