    I'd love to do a guitar building course. I'm finally getting back to the point financially where I could to.

    i keep showing people how to build, although its on an ad hoc basis normally following on from a drunken conversation at a BBQ.   I have shown about 7 local guys how to do it so far.  i did discuss the idea of doing it as weekly lessons

    Start tomorrow.

    Here --> http://www.guitartechcourses.com/electric-guitar-building-courses/

    They were cool with me assembling my own rather than their Strat and adjusted the price.

    Why them ? Well they aren't many 100s miles away like Totnes or Bailey ....

    If you do decide to do it sometime, don't under-estimate the work involved in setting it up, and then in running it.

    Mark & Carol put a huge amount of effort into their courses (which I've done, and they're great) - probably takes them the best part of a week to prepare, and then a week to recover afterwards, for a week-long course.

    Sooo ......

    From this pile of bits

    To the finished article

    94 other photos, will be building a photo journal from those.

    To do - age the nut a bit, and also the controlplate which despite spending Saturday night in a vinegar bath is way too shiny.
