I play a few Queen covers. What intervals does he use to get the harmonies? I am assuming he varies them but he has a certain style so there may be some commonality?

It's often a third and a fifth or a 7th depending on the chord behind .... Normally at least 3 parts rather than the normal iron maiden / thin lizzi thirds .

Another thing that gives that sound is to bend up slower to the finishing note
