Voltage doubling with HB Power Plant Junior

Does anyone know whether something like this would work with a Harley Benton Power Plant Junior?

I'm loving my new DLS mk3, but keep hearing that true sonic nirvana can only be found at 18v.

Is that the isolated one?  If it is then it will work.  The other alternative is the Diago Voltage Doubler if the current draw isn't too big.  They should be fine for a drive pedal and you only need one output for them, and they will work off a daisy chain type supply.  I've got a couple lying around somewhere that I'm not using if you want one.
