Wanted: East Anglian Funky People

My band Soul Riot are currently a gigging four piece, but we are considering moving up to a five.

We are a female fronted Soul/Funk covers band based in Ipswich / Bury St Edmunds. 

We are fairly flexible on what will constitute our new member, but being able to do one or ideally more of the following will stand you in good stead: Keyboard, Sax, Trumpet, Guitar, Percussion, Backing Vocals.

We are a new, but gigging band with good musicianship, our own PA and lighting and free rehearsal space. 

We would need you to have decent musical ability and gigging experience, professional quality equipment, transport and the availability to practice once per week in Ipswich.

If I wasn't already in a funk outfit I'd have a go. Ludicrous that I travel deep into Essex an hour each way to get my funk fix and you're just up the road.

I'd also happily do one rehearsal followed by a gig on a dep basis. Guitar / keys / backing vox, based in Cambridge, own gear & transport, know a ludicrous amount of songs (just ask viz, he can't stop moaning about the length of the setlist I've given him for our gig in 10 days time!).
