I actually designed and built the room I rehearse in, it's got controllable acoustics via reversible panels, an HK PA, A & H desk, it's air conditioned and has a hardwood floor (layed by me)

Lighting is via LED Pars controlled by DMX for anything from mood lighting to full on disco mode with strobe etc
