Google Play Books...

Just gone on to have a nose at a book (Girl on the Train - Paula Hawkins) after I saw some decent reviews and was looking for some 'filler' whilst Im waiting for a couple of other books to be published.

However there appears to be 7 versions, all at different prices (from £2.60 to over £14) but strangely all showing a different number of pages?!?!

Anyone any idea what the difference is, have they just crammed twice as many words on a page or am I going to get halfway through and find Ive only got half a book????

Back here, a thread long-submerged. Paula Hawkins is great. She hasn't outdone S. Maugham or Tolstoi indeed, but her thrillers are enthralling. I read The Girl on the Train and it blew me away (won't take in the move; I know it'll let me down), and I've just started Into the Water, her second book; and I'm 100% hooked on it. Nothing better than it at the caff after a tough day at the job.
