Which is the best stuffing?

(I hate myself slightly for doing this)

I tried LIDL's own brand recently and I'd give it 6/10.  Mind you, it was something like a third of the price of Paxo.

I hate the stuff personally but Mr.s D likes it, so I makes it every sunday as part of our sunday roast. Regardless of what meat, she wants stuffing. (insert your own joke there).

 

Anyhoo from my extensive experience I can tell you that paxo stuffing is of a better viscosity than the happy shopper stuffing and seems to have more substance to it.

Likewise. Takes all of ten minutes (if that) to prep' before ovening, and at this time of year, any spare apples get the chance to make an appearance too.

How do you make stuffing Vim ?  It's not something I've even thought about !

erm, I ask mrs F. Pretty sure she makes it and not me. Her mum (who was a bit of a cheffy type) had notebooks full of recipes, some good stuffing ones in there.

The good thing/bad thing about making your own stuffing is you generally make about 5 times more than you'd get in a packet.

Paxo is OK but I often add extra sage from the garden to it.

alright, it's a lie. I don't make my own stuffing. We have a Filipino domestic who is bonded to our service who does all that kind of thing (she would live in a cellar, but she hasn't finished digging it yet). Are you happy now?!?
