Just finished putting the new board together for the new function band I joined.
It's the first time I'm actually using one so I'm kinda excited.
Years ago when I started I only used the amps' drive and boost channels and later a BOSS GT6 multi unit.
1 Koko (Badger's 2nd channel, buffer)
2. EB VP Jr (after buffer 'cause they say it eats signal)
3. Dunlop Original Wah
4. Wampler Pinnacle (Set conservatively and to be boosted with koko)
5. Ditto (I'm getting ambitious and will be trying to loop some muted funky parts on the spot)
6. FlashBack in the loop for some ambience (hate reverbs), (Had Memory Boy Dlx but this saves space)
Board is a gator tote with the Gbus PSU. Probably not isolated etc but I don't hear anything I don't like.
Might need a compressor, I'm thinking Xotic SP but will have to see how I cut through the mix as I generally don't get along with comps.
I need some better angled leads will fine-tune it on Monday at practice
Overall, I'm a happy boy and this, though basic, will ease my GAS for a while.
Now I need a car,,
Thanks for looking,
T.

no I'm not as don't need a gain box anymore. it was really good in front of clean amps indeed and if you like that high gain Marshal tone it's great. Maybe a bit noisy but not a big deal.
If you want less gain and more refined character check out Weehbo (pricey) or Carl Martin. The JTM side of the Weehbo JCM was one of the best low gain tones I had with strat PUs ever.
But the Pinnacle is a really good pedal.
Well, now it's:
MkV
Ep booster (loop always on)
Vox wah
TC flashback & Corona chorus
More amp, less stomp.
... and a Corsa C diesel
Glad you're mobile and you have nice rig there.
