FS - 2002 Fender Eric Clapton Strat parts £500

Fair/good condition with some lacquer flaking in places. Might benefit from a clean depending on how you like your necks £350

Also has the body with it that will need a full overhaul! Good if you wanted a cheap American project body. Has the trem still on there. £50

Older Silver Lace Sensors on the pickguard £50

Hiscox case £50

This is just a break down of the prices to give a reason for £500. I saw one red Lace pickup sell for £40 on here so £50 for a set in a pickguard doesn't really add up!

Collection from Hastings / +P&P or could maybe meet somewhere for train fair

I had an RG750.  Nice guitar, didn't age well (in looks), one of the best playing guitars I ever had. I just gold old, and became 'Gretschified'.

  • It was a great one back when I was all Satriani/Vai mad, but not a whole lot of use to me for some years now. I'm still in two minds as it was a gift, but it seems a waste to have had it just sitting there for the past 8 years and to do the same again...

Do you have the torso, arms and hands as well?  That would help my playing greatly.

I don't need his neck but if you're selling his fingers I'm all over it.

Sadly I read that playing hurts for him now, or is becoming more difficult at least because of some kind of nerve damage. That and age taking it's toll.

  • Yup 3 Silvers on a guard, 5 way, pots. No screws though. No idea what happened to the middle pot 'hat'. I actually thought I sold these ones ages ago, but must have been the original Clapton guard. I was looking for £100 + P&P for the pickups a little while back, but thought I'd chuck them in with the neck and try and get both sold. Cheers
