New amp?

Now I've sold my strat I'm in the market for a new amp.

Specs:
Sound good at tv volumes for use at home, and also be loud enough for small gigs;
Take pedals well (Nova System & Zoom analogue drives); Cover the usual Fender, Vox, Marshall sounds;
Built in effects not needed, except maybe reverb;
Preferably a head to go with my Zilla cab.

Initial thoughts are the new Orange Crush 120 or Blackstar ID60, but all the solid state or modelling amps I've had before have been pants with drive pedals so maybe I should go with a valve amp instead (plus attenuator probably).

Will be watching the big modelling combo thread with interest.

    Is it? Odd in these times of technological 'we've thought of it all lads!!!!'  (Apple). I'll have a go on one of our's assuming the kids ever let their mitts off 'em.

  • Peavey classic 50?

    Laney lh50/vh100r

    Peavey bandit/chorus special for solid state

    Fender hot rod deluxe 3.

    Peavey 6505+, though it would need help doing a vox tone. Might not really get it, but has nice cleans, EVH crunch, EVH lead and backs off great for blues.

    Only get an attenuator if the master volume is shite.

    Just for ICBM, if you see a trem O verb used, get it. :)
