Going to bed at a sensible time

Last night I was in my PJs and tucked up by 9:30. How rock n' roll, I stayed up 2 hours later than my 4yo.

Last night was 10:45 lights out. Usually it's 11:30-midnight but late gigs on Sat and Sun have left me destroyed.

With young kids you need to get your sleep when you can. There have been plenty of times that I've put the kids to bed, had a little lay down in my bed for 5 minutes only to find myself waking up next morning.

I have some PJs that don't have a pocket.

I did try a nightshirt for a bit and ended up with a few. The cheap ones did look especially dress like and they all tended to get a bit twisted in the night.
However, if you need easy access to The Old Man for quickie sex / late night ablutions they out perform PJ's.

Since being on fluoxetine, mine can be anything between 2am and 6am.
And although i can still feel tired i feel very relaxed about it - if that makes sence?

Hhhhmmm..strange... my other 'alf wears knickers to bed and they even have a pocket ! She keeps her headache tablets there haha

I tried a mega XXXXXL tee shirt for really fat people which I got from ebay.  As it happens it was the only use I could think of for the tee shirt because normally I wear Large so it was vast on me.  I only got it because I wondered if it would look good on stage, a bit like that bloke from The Cure.  But it just made me look like a nutter in a really big tee-shirt.

...but nothing on frightens the kids when you have to deal with them at 2am.
