Search and sort

Just joined. Hi. How do you search? Every search I do comes up with 'no results'. Every search. I couldn't search for how to search. And can I sort the discussion topics by 'most recent'. Thanks

I have the opposite problem with the search It returns results for every term I enter: an "or" search rather than an "and" search. Not found a way around it yet.

Are you on the 'home' page when you are searching?

I think the default is for the most recent *postings* first, rather than the most recent *topics* - I haven't found a way to change that yet, either :-/

There is a long thread about how to work the forum somewhere, but not being able to do an effective search means  I can't find it. You can always use a Google search with " site:www.thefretboard.co.uk" after the search terms...
