WTB Bass Cab - 2x12 or 4x12 - 8 Ohm

Hi all

My good friend and bass player is looking to buy a 2x12 or 4x12 bass cab - 8 ohm.

Have you any for sale or recommend ones for him.  He plays in a pub and event band socially.

Does he want a cab with 8-ohm speakers, or an 8-ohm cab? I assume he means an 8-ohm cab, but it isn't the same thing.

You can't have a two-speaker cab with 8-ohm speakers that is also an 8-ohm cab... it has to be 4 or 16 ohms depending on how it's wired. Although you can with a four-speaker cab, it's generally not thought to be best practice for bass cabs.

Sorry to be a pedant, but it does matter .
