Basic guitar set-up toolbox?

So, I WILL do my jazzmaster properly one day, and my upcoming PRS build will be absolutely perfected.  Obviously, a full set up and fret dress will set back some pounds (maybe £100?).  So, is there a basic set up set that will let me do it all myself?  I have some radius gauges from the back of a book from @jookychap, but I might need another with the board radius I'll be using.  Other than that, what else will I need?  Does anyone sell a 'basic set up toolkit' with allen keys (I have these, probably), long screwdrivers, something to measure neck relief...

...Or am I better off finding a reputable tech in the area (Cambridgeshire, if anyone has suggestions) and basically getting it 'somewhat close' at home, and passing it to him/her for a fret dress/level and fine tuned setup?
