2013 Your Year in GAS

I think we're near enough to the end of the year to start to reflect upon the Gasage that has taken place, and to confess your sins.

Me:

Guitars: only two bought, both fairly cheap, one of which I sold, one kept.

Amps: main amp which I bought at the end of last year is still very much around and have had no further gas pangs, I did sell a Fender Mustang Mini and bought a Yamaha THR5 in its place.

Also some cheapish monitors and a focusrite ipad recording thingamajig.

Pretty happy with that little lot...

But then pedals, oh dear pedals, it's not been a good year...

2013 was a year of horror for me in my personal life, so it's been quiet on the GAS front.

Sold a PRS SE Custom 22 and a Blackstar HT5 with the extension cab. The last one hurt a bit!

Bought a Yamaha 120HH from here (still trying to get on with it) and built a Tele Deluxe style thing that still needs a bit of work. Great fun though!

In 2014 I will get myself a nice singlecut. Either another SE or some sort of LP and try building some pedals.

Have a big birthday coming in 2014 so want to get something a bit special. Looking at a mid range acoustic probably a Taylor or Martin.
