Body Is Required - Bug ?

Actually had to right this thread in the html editor to manually put in tags to get it to post. Everytime I try to make a post / reply to a post I get the error "body is required" and the post refuses to submit. I'm not doing anything but responding using the standard form, however to get this to post to raise the problem I had to use the html editor and manually put in the html tags and example
