As above really, anybody playing any festivals this year?

My band, Crimson On Silver, are playing two this year - The Godney Gathering, near Glastonbury (with Scouting For Girls headlining) and we're heading the Saturday night at Home Farm Festival in Chilthorne Domer on the Dutch Barn stage. Tis gonna be a good year...

Victorious festival in Portsmouth, Manic Street Preachers and Noel's High Flying Birds headlining. I'm playing keys for a band who normally use keys which I've pre recorded for them to a click. There's not a not a dosh in it but we get a 2 day ticket as well and I really like the Manics and High Flying Birds

As always we need the weather to play nice

We hope to be headlining (sounds grander than it is...) the Summer Moon Festival in Kingsteignton this year.

We (Borrowed Time) are playing the Horsham Flower Festival July 24th, Foodstock at Lewes Con club (indoor charity thing) May 14th

and Horsham Fake Festival tribute band thing at the Holbrook club June 4th.

My band, Fly the bird, are playing at the 3 day Blackthorn festival in July. It's in the countryside just outside Stockport. Beautiful setting with a 5000+ crowd expected. Loads of local unsigned bands and a few "names" such as Maximo park, Stereo mc's, Bootleg Beatles and some others that haven't been announced yet. Most exciting for me is playing on the same stage as I am Kloot. I love that band, me.

Threshold in Liverpool yesterday, and another six booked so far, more being worked on! All fairly small ones.

Last year we played Boomtown so we are not expecting to scale those heights this year......but you never know.......

I'm not but I'm very impressed by one of mates in Yorkshire - a singer - who did his first festival a couple of weeks ago in, I believe, Droitwich, aged 65....

I'm playing "The UKs Largest Free One Day Music Event" on Sunday.

I.e. Ipswich Music Day. Hardly Glastonbury but we're pretty chuffed. Not bad for the band's second gig together...
