What are these chords (simple I think...)

I'm not quite sure what this passing chords are in this song:
King Creosote, Spy Stick

The basic progression is [ignoring the capo and just looking at the shapes and sounds]:
Em  C  G  [passing chord #1] [passing chord #2], back to Em

They occurs with the lyrics here for the first time, in bold, (about 0.12):
She's one of a dozen
Yet you've seen the state
of the other eleven

But basically, after the "G"

I can play this for the second chord, whatever it's called, and it seems nearly right...
0
0
2
0
2
x

But if anyone recognises them....?

    Ignoring the capo...

After the Em, I'm getting not C but C9/G:

    0

    1

    0

    0

    2

    2

Then it's G (with a D on the second string), then passing chord 1 is Gmaj7…

    2

    3

    0

    0

    x

    3

    Passing chord 2 is B7.

    2

    0

    2

    1

    2

    x

    Then back to Em.

@KKJale -- that's the pair of them.  Thanks.

Oddly I kept trying the B7 but it just didn't sound right (hence the post) until you said it and then it did
The only practical difficulty is that it's a bit of a squeeze capo'd on the 6th with a GS Mini and my big paws.

I agree that the passing chords are Gmaj7 and B7. Don't know where that C9/G has come from though, you can see (and hear) him play a 6-string C major 332010.

Re above, I see what's happened here, @KKJale has mid-transcribed the chord, I think he meant 330010. Only difference from mine is the addition of the 9th on the 3rd string which could be correct. Difficult to tell for sure.

Ah yes, I meant 330010 written your way, bottom to top. Corrected it. Sorry.  :)
