Tele pickguard

I'm after a pearloid white pickguard for a Guitarbuild Tele body.  

Axesrus have loads, but I've no idea which one to get! Even the control plates come in 2 sizes...  

So, which one do I get? Obviously, screw holes are irrelevant, I'll drill them myself, but I'm thinking more dimensions and stuff.

All the guitarbuild bodies seem to be U.S spec, so the choice is really if you want 5 or 8 holes, and whether you want screw holes for the pickup so that you can attach it to the plate or not..
