Tokai Serial Numbers?

I'm debating getting a Tokai Love Rock LP, but cant find any info on the origin of the guitar - any ideas with the below serial number? Already looked on the Registry and I can't decipher that website...

Have you tried japanguitars.co.uk? Has info and some serial decoding, mainly relating to 70s/ 80s/ early 90s models. 

Is that guitar new(ish)? China? Korea? Japanese?
