I'd suggest you have a wee look at the Vintage Giltrap 12 or Brett 12 signature models, both are in budget and meet your spec. They DO lack the name brand factor of Taylor, Guild and Martin though- If that matters to you.

Yeah, that's true! I did see a used 150e recently for £450 - that'll do.
