Hey everyone welcome to our RAW RotM Challenge!

This is the 19th RAW Riff of the Month (RotM) Challenge, being run by @Antique_Guitars and @TTony

RAW is different to the other riff challenge because you are only allowed to submit recordings with one layer of guitar and no other sounds, this is all about one amazing riff and nothing else.


The challenge is now open, and remains open for submissions until 24th September.

All you have to do is ...

• Write a guitar riff
  
• Keep it to a maximum of 50 seconds
  
• Submit it to us by the closing date
  

Challenge opens on the 1st of every month, and closes on the 24th of the month
Voting opens on the 25th of the month, and closes on the last day of the month, when the winner will be announced.

The tracks will be uploaded to our SoundCloud account and saved in a playlist that will be linked below

A bit different - I was going through some old cassette tapes and came across a piece of frenetic acoustic guitar strumming from around 1989 - 1990. I've cleaned up the slightly dodgy old cassette recording and submitted a section for RRotM.

I wish I had such energy these days!
