gig posters - any good free sites/templates

I'm absolutely talentless at this stuff but no one else is going to do it

I need to make a flyer/poster A4 sized that I can print off (black and white) photocopy and use for gigs n stuff.

sadly I've got to design it as well and I'm a bloody accountant and not an artist.

can anyone point me to a piece of idiot proof free software or online template thingy that I can use?

I used to get a really simple one photocopied in A4 and A3 size at Prontoprint, it was really cheap.  I just did it on Word and it was basically pick a nice font, then do this:

BAND NAME

Playing Here________________

Fez

Microscof publisher has some templates and you can add text similar to Chrisj1602 suggests.
