MUSIC EQUIPMENT AUCTION FOR CHARITY - LOADS!!!!

Hi everyone,

A friend sent me this and I have no affiliation with the deceased, Ken Parsons:-

A guitar fan called Ken Parsons died at the back end of last year, and his son David has put the bulk of his collection up for auction to benefit the Nordoff Robbins charity in Scotland. The proceeds will go to the above named charity. 
The entire collection can be seen on the Nordoff Robbins Scotland web page www.nordoffrobbinsscotland.org.uk where there is an article regarding the "Ken Parsons Guitar & Amp Charity Auction 2014" where all the items for sale are catalogued.

Looks a good cause, but the guide prices on the SGs are all over the shop. A 61 RI for £600 but a Special for £750?!

So today I eventually collected the guitars, and I have to say, what a genuinely nice guy David Parsons is.

He has a room full of guitars, and a garage full of amps, cabs, guitar straps , hangers etc etc. as well as rack effects and other gizmos,

The guys have tried to price the gear to the best of their knowledge, however, if there is something you like, just get in touch and try and work it out.  

This is a great charity and I would just like to bring it to the top again to try and raise some more awareness and cash.
