If the last one near Leeds is anything to go by should be a great day and no doubt a good opportunity to meet some more fretboard members.

did cause a few laughs.  But the guitar went to a happy customer in France who loved the looks, but more important reported "I can have some sounds very near a Les Paul 1959 reissue on my Deluxe Reverb II"

We are in the process of re-finishing another CU22. 

Bit of a pain getting the poly off which was particularly thick on this one, But after an hour or so the fun begins. Below after 1st colouration with an Azure Lagoon/ Dark Onyx mix along with a bit of white pigment used to cut back in the front horn areas.



  
Probably one more coloration and then some satin top coat will do. Very much looking forward to keeping this a more satin/ milky look / rather than aim for the usual blingy shine.

and also a set of special pickups made by @Mojopickups  , They are mixed a3 a5 magnet humbuckers , we have been dying to try out .
