Boult Guitars?

Hi,
I wanted to know if anyone had any experience with Boult Guitars, it seems that he puts together Partscaster-Type things with parts from the Far East. It seems to have a professional setup from a Luthier and therefore might be quite good.
They quoted 379 for a Lake Placid Blue HH Tele with Jazzmaster Trem which seems pretty good, if you swap the trem for a Goldo Strat type it costs 339.
