Thanks. I have been on acoustic soundboard but its classifieds section seems rather paltry when compared with the smorgasbord of electrics, amps and fx in the classifieds on here.

Perhaps that is inevitable really. Gumtree is awash with inexpensive acoustics and the occasional better one. As far as I'm aware Acoustic magazine doesn't have online classifieds. The market in used quality acoustics must be relatively small - tiny compared to the huge numbers of electrics, amps and effects advertised here and elsewhere. Could it be that guys tend to buy a good acoustic and then hang on to it? I can't ever imagine parting with my Atkin because it does all I could wish for. When I sold my Santa Cruz it was through a shop specialising in acoustics as a commission sale, which seemed the best option for selling.
