Haha, it's true.  I still read and discuss philosophy and the classical Greek paradox of the Ship of Theseus, which gives rise to questions of what we mean by identity and continuity of existence, is often known (in the UK at least) as "Trigger's Broom".

I worked in a pub once where the staff called me Rodney, in tribute to this.

Totally agree with this and plenty of well respected straight actors have fallen on their face attempting comedy roles.
