NGD - PRS SE Santana Special

I got this today from Riedy's in their Black Friday sale.

It's stunning. The build quality is unreal for the price £350.
Every part of it is really well put together, all the hardware feels really great quality and it *really* sings.
I'm really impressed with the quality of the fretwork and the fact that this came with clearly brand new strings fitted, a proper lovely action that even i don't want to adjust and polished frets.

DPD were bang on time and amazing, it was packed to withstand world war 3 and even the gig bag is really top quality.

It doesn't get much better, i'm stupidly happy.

The quality of these for £350, as you said, is unreal. I honestly think they are at least as good as the Korean ones. This is my favourite of the standards too, the p-90's sound brilliant. Good GAS!

I played this for an hour this afternoon and it feels exactly the same as my Korean single cut soapbar.  Really liked it and will be playing it again next week.

Santana Standard has the Trem but not the p90's.

It's a Fender Deville ML 212

I tried it on 11's yesterday and it was just too much.
Just restrung it with 10's tonight and it's perfect.

The neck profile is quite thick compared with my Jackson but it plays really well and so resonant it really has a voice of it's own through what sound like really good pickups.
The thicker neck suits it a lot and it's quick and easy to get your head around.
The pots seem to be really good quality with a nice action and so is the switch

The P90's are naughty.
Really very naughty.

Congrats on the new arrival @Alnico. How is the balance on a strap? I have quite a nasty itch for the same one in cherry.
