Im having the same problem as OP had: made an order last week but no strings this week. Sent an email yesterday to no reply and my order says "Awaiting Dispatch" on the site despite the strings being in stock.
Apparently it was a bulk order for Elixirs - money taken. No response to any email, no phone contact, no nothing.

Bad reviews, and one reviewer suggests the company is now in different hands.
Bass strings are expensive enough as it is so I won't be risking them now.

Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 gives credit card users protection in the event they suffer from a breach of contract or misrepresentation when buying goods.
Yes, I know you may not have spent £100, but it's good to know that there is some sort of protection. £100 is 25 sets of strings at £4 a set. Some of you might buy in that kind of bulk, so it's not something to scoff at.
Obviously, for a more detailed appraisal of your rights, check out the Consumer Credit Act for yourselves.
