This is the interface box with in-built speakers 'n' stuff.  Plug your guitar into the jamvox box, use a USB cable to connect to PC, run the JamVox software and you can do all sorts of JamVoxy stuff.

I've had it a while, but never used it since I got the iPad.

There's a review here (4.5 stars, naturally).
