Headstock logo cut from ally or stainless question

I have this idea for a headstock logo, inspired by the most excellent signature that @PVO_Dave ;;; has on his rosewood neck, elswhere on these modding pages, I'd like to do something similar, cut from Aluminium or Stainless Steel, about 1mm thick to double sided tape to my (several) partscasters headstocks.....
Anyone know how I could get something like this made? I am clueless as to what the process is even called?

The black is because she aged them for me, but she does other metals etc. loads of examples of her work on their web site
