You're most likely referring to the first track 'Writing on the wall' though. I'd put a link up but I'm on my phone.

I'll do the link then :D

"Will you" ... I remember the sax solo from 1970-whenever-it-was - but couldn't remember the track name!

Hadn't heard this song in 30+ years..Then it was mentioned on this thread and it was on Radio 2 this morning. Spooky.

The new Queensryche album, with Todd LaTorre singering.

As recommended by @Chillidoggy. It's an excellent album, and a return to form for the Ryche.

TLT sounds quite like a young Geoff Tate, before he went all mental, and tried sueing everyone

Joe Strummer and the Mescaleros. I listened to "Rock Art and the X-Ray Style" in the car this morning, after my iPod shuffled me onto a track from "Global A Go Go" last night.

Is it controversial to say I prefer those albums (and the posthumous "Streetcore") to The Clash? :-SS

Not at all. However you've influenced me to blow the dust of Give em enough rope tonight. My fave Clash album.

Primal Scream.  Lots and lots of Primal Scream.

I'd never really taken any notice of them before.  Just call me late-to-the-party.

    Primal Scream.  Again.

Amazon delivered some CDs today, so my ears have been having a Primal Scream treat.
Having trouble posting images here?  This might help.

Currently - "Songs About Fucking" by Big Black, again. Great album.

Earlier today I also listened all the way through "Spilt Milk" by Jellyfish - I know I harp on about them a fair bit on this thread, but really, that album is pretty much perfect. I cannot think of a single way they could have made it better.

Karnivool's latest, "Asymmetry" - very good.

Also, "Through Silver in Blood" by Neurosis, which is just epic.

Just had a few hours on the 'fi. Started with some REM from all eras - there still isn't a band that means more to me and has such a vast but consistently good back catalogue. Then onto John Mayer's new album, meh to be honest, but then I felt that about B&R but I love that now. Then onto some vintage Living Colour and currently on some Pornagraffitti by Extreme. Hmmm who nows next, fancy some Neil Young me thinks.

I think it's one of those plastic case things that plays the same songs on an endless loop, with increasing amounts of wobble until the tape breaks. Or maybe that's an 8-track.

    :)

The brilliant Miles Kane. A rarity in that it's acceptable modern music in my opinion:
