  • This!

And also the new Def Leppard album is getting some Spotify attention. Standout tracks... "Dangerous", "Man Enough", "Wings of an Angel" (not a ballad like you might suspect!)

Jeez, I seem to be having some sort of metal (mental?) regression... Listened to White Zombie's Astro Creep 2000 yesterday for the first time in... I dunno... 18 years. It's the first thing I wanted to put on today too. Never bought this at the time but it's a cracking CD from my late school years. A mate bought it as soon as it came out and we used to listen to it loads. 1995 seems a lifetime ago... ouch.

Watched this last night too, they must've been pretty crazy live.

The new album from The Shrine is fantastic. Black Flag playing sunny day stoner rock with a hint of old school 70s metal. Wish the album was released earlier in the year as it would have definitely been the sounds of the summer. Definitely recommended.

  • Dad rock day. If anyone is in a blues covers band check out the Squeeze version of Harper Valley PTA off their new album.

I'm just checking out Bring Me the Horizon's latest.

It's really fucking good. Used to hate them (I don't like their old stuff at all) but they've got better and better with each album.

@andyp No problem man! They're very prolific, they've only been around for half a decade but the newie is already their fourth album (I think). Well worth checking out the earlier stuff.

    The new Fuzz album 'II'.
Ty Segall on drums/vocals, Charlie Moothart on guitar and Chad from the 'Meatbodies' on bass.
Awesome badass Sabbath/Blue cheer worship! The songs here a far more menacing than the 1st album, and has more of a band feel to it, rather than just a side project.
The guitar work on here is mesmerising.
Im a sucker for anything Ty Segall related though!
