Always wanted a Pink Paisley telecaster but the prices seem to be rocketing of late. So instead I scored a rather tasty Allparts paisley body from @streethawk , took the body off my classic vibe and bob's yer uncle - less than a morning's work to produce this beauty ...

In my opinion the Allparts is much nicer than the modern Fender Paisley ones - the pink is much deeper and the paisley seems richer, plus its on a silver foil just like the original.

Wiring is fancy solderless stuff which was on the tele already when I got it from @TheMarlin - great range of sounds from the pots and 5-way switching.

Just can't decide whether to put a clear scratchplate on or not. I think it looks fine without it.

Looks great! I like the no-guard vibe. The clear ones paisleys usually have are naff. 

Might be worth a shim or two to get those saddle grub screws out of hand-shredding range!

I like pickguards on these, it's very clever how they cover the edges of the neck pickup routing without making it stand out.

Very nice and I agree regarding the colour. Modern ones are too pink and not deep enough. Mighty fine build.
