Chcken fajitas (chicken, onion, peppers, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, salsa, guacamole, sour cream). Perhaps with a side dish of seasonal bacon du jour.

Roast dinner for breakfast lunch and dinner. I remember when I was a really young kid asking my mum if I could have a roast dinner for breakfast every morning. Love 'em, don't mind if its chicken, beef or pork. Had to be served with Yorkshire puddings though.
