Any advice for getting into 12 string?

Hey all, 

New to the forum, so sorry if this is the wrong place to put this. 

I've started to play a 12 string using fingerstyle, and I was looking for any hints and tips? 
So far I've just been trying to do some scales, trying to get the fingerings and even picking. 
I've also tried doing the patterns I used to do on a 6 string. 
Mainly I'm not sure on my right hand technique for picking the strings, and I need to strengthen my left for the holding of more strings. 

I have a recording of me playing.... A mixture of things.... Not the best,but I'm trying to learn haha

Still practicing scales etc, really trying to get that '12-string-ring' that makes them so nice.

Hello. Watched a bit of your video. You are doing ok, keep at it. 12 strings can be lovely. I don't have one any more but always enjoyed mine. Try some who songs, the Byrd's, Beatles. Anything. A lot of blues players tuned them down a step or two as it was easier to play with less string tension. Check out Jesse fuller.
