Michael sold Two Rock, Fano and Tone King last year.
Mac Skinner(Two Rock General Manager since 2004) and Eli Lester (long time Two-Rock player) bought Two Rock and Bill Krinard is back on board designing amps, he's tweaked the Classic Reverb(we've had one and it's awesome) and the TS-1 and designed a new amp The Burnside which is tweed based.
Tone King was bought by Boutique Amp Distribution(Friedman, Morgan, 65 amps), they released a new Mark Bartel designed model at Namm "The Gremlin"  I think that may be the last of his designs.
Mark is designing his own amps and I'm in contact with him, when anything is available for export we'll be there.
Fano was acquired by Desert Son Musical Instruments who've been making the guitars in Scotsdale Arizona since 2016, they expanded the Standard range at Namm and we'll be getting the new models in the coming months.
